All prices are in EUR and USD. We accept payment in this both currencies.

  • We accept credit cart Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery. Credit card payments are processed through Comgate.
  • We accept Paypal. If you are registered with PayPal, you can pay using PayPal Express checkout.
  • We accept Western Union as well, please email us at info@blondeal.com directly for payment details.


We ship products worldwide by International Standart parcel or International registred mail is an international Service, which ships to more than 190 countries worldwide.

Blondeal.com orders are delivered Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the relevant Blondeal partner will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

DHL EXPRESS or FeDEX: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days Rest of the world: delivery within 3-5 days

UPS STANDARD: Only available within Europe: delivery within 7 days

UPS EXPRESS SAVER:  Europe: delivery within 2-4 days Rest of the world: delivery within 7-14 days

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Blondeal.com cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

  • Online Track&Trace – you can trace your consignment online via the Track&Trace application on courier website to check whether the addressee has already received it. Contractual partners
  • International Registered Mail will be delivered by the foreign postal operator only against certificate of delivery.
  • If your item cannot be delivered by the foreign postal operator, you will, without any useless delay, get it back with a note describing the reason why it could not be delivered.
  • can also arrange for receiving regular daily reports on the status of posted mail.

Telephone number is required for the International efficient delivery. In some regions, including US, Canada and European post courier does not ship without telephone numbers

Please allow 15-21 business days for delivery of your  product which is “preorder” from the date of your order as everything is custom made just for you.

Clothes and Sale items, and Items “in stock” are ready to be shipped the next business day.



As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us info@blondeal.com as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by a Blondeal partner, we offer a Free Returns service


We do accept returns. We can replace or refund your purchases.

All items must be shipped back within 14 businesss days after they are received. The shipping cost should be taken care of by the buyer.

Returns process:

Prepare your items, fill our warranty / return form and send both to Blondeal address.

Money (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

Please note: discounted and sale items or preorder items are final sales and nonreturnable.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

  • If an item has a Blondeal security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.

  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.


The warranty period runs 24 months from the delivery of the goods to the customer, unless otherwise stated.

What does the warranty cover?

We provide full cover against mechanical breakdown through normal use. This means that if your item develops a fault during the guarantee period, we’ll arrange for it to be repaired free of charge, including all parts and labour. Your guarantee is transferable with ownership, so if you give or sell the item to someone during the guarantee period, it’s still covered.

How does it works?

During the warranty period, if your product develops a fault through normal use that needs to be repaired, please prepare your items, fill our warranty / return form and send both to Blondeal address.

If we can’t repair your item, we’ll replace it with an item of equivalent specification. If no equivalent product is available, we’ll either offer you the nearest equivalent specification or its selling price value , and we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re satisfied with the outcome.

What’s not included?

There are some specific exclusions from our guarantees, as follows:

  • Accidental damage, for example if your item has been dropped.
  • Damage caused by negligence
  • Damage caused by the use of the item for the purpose for which it is not intended
  • Damage caused by the use of the product in violation of the manufacturer’s instructions
  • Damage caused by choosing the wrong product size


Any additional taxes and duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.


Credit card payments on Blondeal.com website are handled at Comgate or Paypall through their secure website. We do not store nor process any of your credit card or other financial data.

Blondeal.com will never share your contact details with any other company or person.
